Amber Assembly was founded by people who had spent years inside businesses, not advising from the outside. We'd seen what happens when strategy outpaces operations, when growth plans sit in drawers, and when founders become the bottleneck in their own companies.

We started Amber Assembly because we believed there was a better way to work with growing businesses. Not as consultants who hand over a report and disappear, but as partners who stay in the room until the work is done.
